1. Subscription Plans
VipraReal.com offers paid plans for listing properties:
Silver Plan
Gold Plan
Featured Listing
Each plan comes with specific features, durations, and pricing as described on our pricing page.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the Subscription or Billing section.
Cancellation will stop the automatic renewal of your plan but will not result in a refund for the remaining subscription period.
Access to premium features will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate visibility upon purchase, all payments are non-refundable. This includes:
Partial usage of a subscription plan
Upgraded or downgraded plans
Listings that receive low or no engagement
User-initiated cancellations
However, we may consider refunds under the following special circumstances:
Duplicate payments or technical billing errors
Failure to deliver purchased listing services due to a fault on our side
In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the payment date. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Changes to Plans or Pricing
VipraReal.com reserves the right to change subscription pricing, features, or policies at any time.
If changes affect an active subscription, users will be notified in advance and can choose to cancel before the next billing cycle.
